inpatient reimbursement for smoking cessation and obesity counlseing

Is there any reimbursement for physicians providing counseling for smoking cessation as an inpatient? However about inpatient obesity counseling?

if so, if there a CPT® code to use.

eg: 65 year old smoker with exacerbation of COPD on IV steroids.
