CPT® 93224

How does a hospital bill out CPT® 93224. We are a Critical Access Hospital and our providers are employees of the hospital. We perform both the TC component and The professional component of the Holter monitor. We do the hook up and recording and scanning and then our providers do the interpret. We tried to bill out to Medicare with CPT® 93224 and they are rejecting this stating it is not billable. We did on the UB. We are unsure how to bill this out?
