re: selective left iliac angiography

What was actually done. For example: You note a selective iliac angiography and also an abdominal angiography with bilateral runoffs. 75630 (Aortography, abdominal plus bilateral iliofemoral lower extremity, catheter, by serialography, radiological S&I). 75630 should be reported when the abdominal aorta and the lower extremities iliofemoral studies are studied via a single catheter position and single contrast injection. This study provides information about the distal abdominal aorta and the lower extremity arteries in an examination commonly referred to as a run-off"" angiogram.
36245 (left external iliac) (where was catheter tip?)
75710-26.
These codes are just examples, cannot code without looking at actual report.

re: selective left iliac angiography

Cathetar was advanced into the distal abdominal aorta and multiple power injections were done for bilateral lower extremity runoff....rim cathetar was advanced over the wire and was used to cannulate yje left common iliac artery and multiple injections of the left iliac system were done
