69200 vs 69210

Is a foreign body removal inclusive of a cerumen impaction if both procedures were done in the same ear? Our doctor performed both along with an E/M visit so I wondering if I should code all 3 or just the E/M and the 69200? I cannot find any information if the 69200 is inclusive; however, I do know it pays a little higher than 69210. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes but a modifier will allow it if you have two different diagnosis. You would have to have a separate diagnosis for the E/M visit as well.
