Colonoscopy with COLD bx forceps

The doctor billed 45384 for a colonsocpy with removal of polyps by COLD biopsy forceps but the CPT® book has only HOT biopsy forceps. Where can I find the cold bx borceps please? Thank you.

45380 is the correct code for polyps removed by cold bx.

45380 is for a biopsy not polyp removal.

I am looking for a cold forcep polyp removal code. We are Pediatrics so maybe thats why the cold forcep is used. Not sure but I am thinking 45385 just to get a comparablw RVU for polyp removal and not a biopsy.
Any opinions on this?

45385 is snare method. 45380 is the correct code for cold biopsy removal.
