Laryngoscopy with biopsy of vocal cord and dx bronchoscopy of tracheobronchial tree

I have a scenario where there is a vocal cord lesion that was biopsied via direct laryngoscopy (done first); the scope was suspended and then a diagnostic bronchoscopy was done to take a look at the tracheobronchial tree. The codes are 31535 and 31622, I get an edit unless I add modifier -59 to 31535; can anybody tell me if this is bundled? Two different scopes are used. Thanks for your help. I have the edit, but I am not certain why, and I cannot find any CPT® assistant articles.
