Physical therapy coding for Family Physician.

I am doing massage, heating, and TENS. Also provides orthotics(eg, patella strap) to Medicare patients.
I am a Family Physician. Can I bill for those? I heard from physical therapist that I couldn't bill for it; it will be denied.

Please help me.
