Ohio Medicaid CLIA Denials

Is anyone having problems with Ohio Medicaid denying claims for No CLIA registration, when it is on file? Its a COB 7 denial code. We have been told medicaid is having issues with this problem. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well?
