11720 1-5 nails/11721 6 or more, If a doctor did ex: 8 nails wouldn't you just use the 11721 code by itself for( 6 or more)?Thanks Terry

CPT code 11721 is intended to be reported for the debridement of 6 or more nails. In this situation, you would bill only one unit of service.
