Cranial Wound washout and mesh removal

Doctor opened incision, washed everything out, removed titanium mesh. I need help, I don't know what code to choose. It's not an I&D to me. Some help is much appreciated

try 97602, not selective wound debriment, read the definition in the CPT® book and see if it fits what your provider is doing:)
