Mastectomy with skin flap reconstruction

What CPT® code should be billed for an inferior skin flap reconstruction following a mastectomy? Here is a brief description of surgery: A reduction pattern was traced out with a half moon skin paddle of skin remaining attached to the inframammary fold. Incision was made & inferior skin pedicle was de-epithelialized. Flaps were formed, breast removed, skin paddle was secured on chest wall & skin was then closed. I am not sure if I should use a reconstruction code, a skin flap code or an adjacent tissue transfer code. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
