achilles internal tenotomy

My surgeon did an achilles internal tenotomy debridement and repair. The only CPT® code I can find is 27605 (tenotomy, percutaneous, achilles tendon).

However, the op note reads: Longitudinal medial incision was made along the edge of the Achilles tendon. Paratenon was incised the length of the incision. Achilles tendon was identified and longitudinal incision was created to remove the central dengerative portion. Once completed, 0 Fiber wire used to repair central portion of defect. Subsequently, second 0 Fiber wire placed in Krakow fashion from superior to inferior across site of internal tenotomy and debridement. Achilles tendon was back to it's normal size, etc.

Because this was done open and not percutaneous wondering if achilles repair code is more appropriate. (27650-27654)

Thanks for any feedback.
