11730

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/15057239/Requirements-for-Payment-of-Medicare-Claims-for-Foot-and-Nail-Care
Routine foot care described by codes 11055, 11056, 11057, 11719, 11720, 11721, and G0127. Treatment of simple onychocryptosis with removal of the offending wing or spicule of the nail is considered to be routine foot care in the absence of infection or inflammation (check with individual payer). Diagnosis code example 110.1 Dermatophytosis nail, 703.0. Q code would be used on routine foot care when exception applies. Code 11730 may not require the Q modifier.
