Ear Repair

Aetna nor many other commercial insurances give me a hard time with paying for ear repair in the office. A repair for torn ear lobe from earrings will not be paid by Keystone East or Personal Choice with the code I use for the other insurances. They deny for cosmetic. Can anyone provide a CPT® code for repair of ear lobe in office for Keystone East or Personal Choice? We are now collecting up front for it and not billing insurance.
