ob/gyn
A 56-year-old female patient presented to the OB/GYN clinic with the complaint of pelvic pain. The gynecologist ordered an ultrasound which demonstrated a mass in the right ovary. The gynecologist, after reading the ultrasound report, preferred to do a biopsy of the mass for which the patient consented. The biopsy procedure was performed without any complications.
