Procedure code for fall risk assessment

Is there a procedure code that is reimbursed for a fall risk assessment. I have only found quality measure codes. Dr. insists he should be reimbursed for this. thank you for any help

thank you, I printed it for the Dr. From what I understand, an assessment would be done as part of the encounter or preventative care visit and reported as a measure which is not a reimbursable code. Am I correct in saying that?

Yes, you are correct as it pertains to Medicare. It might also fall under a separately billable CPT® for chronic care or preventative care management depending on what state you live in and what the requirements are for that insurance company.
