Endoscopic Hemilaryngectomy

Does anyone know what code to use?

There is no CPT code for an endoscopic hemilaryngectomy. The correct way to report this procedure is to report an unlisted procedure for the larynx, 31599 and compare it in value to the procedures defined by the open hemilaryngectomy CPT codes, 31370-31382. According to the AMA, if the procedure is not defined by a current CPT code, the procedure must be reported with an unlisted procedure code.
