coding prostate exam

Is there a CPT® code for billing a rectal/prostate exam. There is for breast/pelvics for females during wellness visits. For men, if its' a physical is there a code. And if they come for a a separate visit for rectal bleeding or BPH symptoms?

Medicare Part B covers prostate cancer screening, so that this cancer can be detected and treated early. Prostate cancer screening guidelines are the same for both procedures.

Digital Rectal Examination is covered once every 12 months.
Prostate-Specific Antigen Test (PSA test) is covered once every 12 months.

What is the correct CPT® code for the prostate cancer screening rectal procedure, or it is bundled into the annual wellness visit code.
