Mannitol Challenge Testing
Good morning! I am hoping someone can provide me with some guidance on Mannitol Challenge Testing. I have been searching the proper way to bill for this and have not had any luck in finding information on it. Does anyone know the CPT® code that would be used for this at all? Would it fall within 95070? Thank you!

re: Mannitol Challenge Testing
Depending on circumstances, one of these codes would be appropriate
95070 Inhalation bronchial challenge testing (not including necessary pulmonary function tests);with histamine, methacholine, or similar compounds
94070 Bronchospasm provocation evaluation, multiple spirometric determinations as in 94010,with administered agents (eg, antigen[s], cold air, methacholine)
94640 Pressurized or nonpressurized inhalation treatment for acute airway obstruction or forsputum induction for diagnostic purposes (eg, with an aerosol generator, nebulizer, metered dose inhaler or intermittent positive pressure breathing [IPPB] device)
