what is the HPI?
Here's the situation. A client have a gain weight. and in 3months has gain about 20pounds and last 6months 10 pounds. this is the part of subjective. and the open problem is Gastrostomy status. Can you tell me is there's a HPI of that subject part.

Thank you for that. Is that make sense that doctor open the problem condition on that Gastrostomy Status? Is that okay.
