asking for an advice please

Hi,
My name is Azadeh Sarange .
First of all I don't know how to thank you for this useful website .
I graduated in Medical Records major with a Master degree , back in Iran about 16 years ago and after immigrating to the US 7 years ago, I had my diploma evaluated and I thought I could find a job related to my major , but I was wrong and I had to start over to get at least an associate degree ...
Considering my age (45 ) what do you recommend to do , I work as an Paraeducator ,special aide in a school.
