CPT® 36415 and CPT® 80050

CPT® 36415 denied due to mutually exclusive to the CPT® 80050. So what should be the correction on this denial issue?

I get paid for 80050 and 36415 all the time. Are you sure you are not billing one of the components of the panel such as 84443, 85025 or 80053 with 80050. The venipuncture should be fine.

If the CPT® 36415 was bundled with 85025. how can we get paid for both codes. i have billed the CPT® 36415 with 59, but again denied for the same reason.

Is there any solution ? urgent.
