Medi-Cal

Hi,
Medi-Cal (Medicaid of CA) has some some plan with limited coverage. Patient's policy only coveres emergency services. I'm billing for a physician who visits to hospital for ER and subsequesnt hospital visits.

My question is: When a patient is admitted in hospital post Emergency and my provider bills for subsequent hospital visits post ER admission day, insurance always deny claims stating patient policy does not have this coverage. Can anyone tell me how to deal with this as per me, any hospital admission due to emergency should be covered under emerency benefits, no matter how many days patient statys at hospital?
