17000-17003

Can anyone help me on how to do coding for 17000-17003?

Example for four lesions removed:
17000 for the first lesion, and 17003 for the second, 17003-59 for the third and , 17003-59 for the fourth.

Could you please help me whether this method is correct or can we bill with any other methods?

Lesion Removal

17000 is for the first lesion
17003 is for the second lesion thru 14. So you should only bill 17000 and 17003. The 59 modifier is not needed.
