Anesthesia for tavr/tavi

I am confused regarding the appropriate CPT® for anesthesia for CPT® 33362 (transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR/TAVI) with prosthetic valve; open femoral artery approach).
Can anyone direct me to a resource that may help, or offer guidance?
