CPT® 76120 Cineradiography/videoradiography with cardiac cath
When a cardiologist reviews cardiac cath films and documents his findings, can he bill 76120? The cath was performed by a different cardiologist (not in our group) on a previous date. If so, would we use POS as his office or as the location where the cath was performed?
re: CPT® 76120 Cineradiography/videoradiography with cardiac cath
Review is not an interpretation. The doctor performing the cath interprets and this is part of his code for the procedure (ex, 93458-26). A review is part of MDM of an E/M code.

Thanks!

Is there any scenario where 76120 could be billed (with modifiers 26 and 77) as a reinterpretation?
