New cardiac cath codes
I need help in crosswalking from old cath codes to new cath codes. All the places I thought would let me do it, wont. Is there a diff website I can go to? I've been to my CPT® book, Fed Registar, CMS', our software. I even went to seminar but no one worked any cases- just read to us. Someone please help! I need: 93510, 93526, 93508, limas, svgbs, aortic root. Thats about it. Thanks Big Time!!

cath codes
Thanks for all your help! I've got another question: Sometiomes our doc doesnt do a LV. Would that be 93458-26? If LV done do I need to add the new inj codes?
Also, 93463 should be included on the claim too right?
Lv
No, if you do not do LV, code is same. The code reads (when performed), so the same code whether you do LV or not
