Stealth Guided-What CPT® code would you use?

The surgeon stated he performed a stealth guided left occipital craniectomy with cranioplasty using mesh for removal of left occipital skull lesion.

The coder coded CPT® 61500 and 61782. Now knowing that 61782 is incorrect.
