Can anybody please explain these cpt codes and how are they linked with eachother? How should we bill when these cpt codes are given?

95115, 95117, 95028, 95165

95115 is a single allergy injection.
95117 is for 2 or more allergy injections
95165 is for the serum vial, specify the number of doses in each vial in the units billed.
95028 is allergy tesing, intradermal test.

Testing and shots should not be given on same day!
