Anesthesia Code for Lariat Procedure

I have just ran across the new procedure Lariat and I am trying to firgure out the correct ASA code to use with the unlisted code 33999. I was looking at using 00560 with the base of 15. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

atrial appendage to prevent stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.
