CPT® for Spine Thoracolumbar Standing

help me in choosing a CPT® code for a “lateral thoracolumbar spine x-ray.”



Is it the “Spine thoracolumbar standing, CPT® 72069” or should I use the “Thoracolumbar AP and Lateral, CPT® 72080 even though they are only asking for a lateral view?
