Searching for code for "Buttock pain"

The patient is complaining of buttock pain, and I have been unable to locate a diagnosis for this. Some sites are reflecting 729.1; 729.9 and 719.45 - though I am unable to truly relate these to this problem. Any suggestions?

re: Searching for code for

Boy, this one is odd. I only found codes 729.1 or 729.9x. Is there a reason why the patient has pain there? Is there an abscess or cyst? Is the pain more anal/rectal? You could then use 569.42.

re: Searching for code for

It has been my experience that I can code a "buttock" condition to "upper thigh"; thus giving me the code of pain in the limb or 729.5.
