What modifier can be used when patient is seen for office consultation (99245) and Destruct of lesions 1-9 (17110) done on same day as consultation so both codes can get paid?

Seems like a high level consult for destruction of lesions. Some payers have policies about E/M and minor procedures.

If a non-medicare patient, put -25 on appropriate consultation code. Diagnosis codes must support medical necessity.
