I knew there was more to my question. How long is that global period with decision for surgery? We might see someone in the winter and they decide that they don't want to schedule now but then call us back the following fall and want to schedule. Is that still considered in the global? At what point do we draw that line?
Three months, 6 months, a year? There are many people that have no change in their history over that period of time. These are all things that will be asked of me by my docs. Thanks again.
