Lets say a patient comes back for a second E/M visit for same DX during the TCM 30 period after discharge if the patient needs to be seen in the office for the same DX but not readmitted to the hospital. Can we bill am E/M for the second, third visit? HELP!!!!!! Any other tips would be great.


Also did you know that the hospital has to submit their claim first before they will process the professional TCM Billing.
