Billing of delivery at 18 weeks

We have a patient that at18 weeks gestation has a known trisomy 18. Many defects. Patient was induced and baby delivered with no cardiac activity. It is my understanding that if the patient is less than 22 weeks you do not bill a delivery code. What CPT® code would I use?

CPT® Code 59855 should be the correct answer .

{ 59855 Induced abortion by 1 or more vaginal suppositories ( eg, prostaglandin ) with or without cervical dilation ( eg lamiinaria ) ,including hospital admission and visits , delivery of fetus and secundines }
