I would like help on how to determine size of cyst for excision charge

could someone let me know how to determine which code(11400-11406) would be billed for an excision. Dr.s note says raised 2cm nodule, path report says 1.8x1.2x1.0 cyst excised.
I am not sure if this would be 11402 or 11403. Could someone direct me on how to figure size so that I will know for future excisions..
