Prolia 60mg injectible

Has anyone billed for this new osteoporosis medication? If so, what was your reimbursement and was it like the drug rep informed the doctors it would be? Did you use HCPCS J3490?

Payers will determine, based on the prescribing information including the instruction that Prolia should be administered by a Health Care Professional, whether Prolia is covered under their medical and/or pharmacy benefit. J code would be unlisted drug.
