Primary care office billing for spirometry

We are a primary care office and since we are being expected to do more preventative services, can we bill for a spirometry meter reading, 94010, when medically necessary, in addition to the office visit. We know we can't bill for peak flow meter, but wondering about this. We do other in office Clia waive tests, such as A1C, etc.

When we were doing these we billed an office visit also with 25 modifier. My list doesn't show A1C 83036 as being a CLIA waived test.
