ENT surgery

I am trying to find a code(s) for this: pt had a laryngeal cleft type 2 and the surgeon did a repair of laryngeal cleft, tracheostomy, tragal cartilage graft. I can manage the tracheostomy. Laryngotomy 31300 covers some of it, but I'm stumped for the rest. Thanks, Laura.

Have you looked at 31587 or 31588 with a tragal cartilage graft (21235)?

Lay Description
The physician restores a cricoid split. (A cricoid split is a break in the circular cartilage of the larynx.) The physician first performs a low tracheostomy on the patient. Using a horizontal neck incision, the physician exposes the cricoid split and restores it to its normal anatomical position (reduction). The cartilage is affixed with wire. A stent may be placed to maintain cricotracheal continuity. The incision is repaired in sutured layers. Report 31588 for laryngoplasty, not otherwise specified.
