2. CPT® code for layered closure of 2.0 cm laceration of right forearm and 2.5 cm of left elbow?

For a layered closure I would bill 12032, 12001 is for a simple repair and for size under 2.5 cm, since you would add together the sizes of the sites if using a simple closure you would use 12002.
