Deconditioning syndrome

My physician recently started seeing pts in a Rehab facility. I can't find a ICD9 for deconditoning syndrome. I have been using 728.87. Any other codes that may be better?

This is not a recognized disease

Ask the doctor for another diagnosis- gait disorder, myopathy, etc. And use the underlying illness- CVA, aspiration pneumonia, etc.
