Fee Schedule
Medicare has not posted 2011 for Tennessee. Could someone please look up allowance for CPT® code 74177. Thanks.

$316 in my state. I believe all states should have the revised fee schedules up now. They are on donself.com so he mustve got them from somewhere =)
CPT® Fees
You can look up the codes on the Trailblazer website for your state if you don't know how to figure out the fees using the PFSRVU file located on the CMS website.

The global fee for TN for a participating facility is $323.38 - if you a non-facility or non-par then the fee will be different.
