Modifier for MCR WWE

When billing a WWE for a patient thas has MCR and we use the G0101 code and additional services are done such as a BX do you put a modifier on the G code to show a seperate service was performed during the WWE to get the BX paid?

Modifier other than GA for frequency on the G0101 should not be needed. What dx code is on the biopsy? It may have a screening dx attached causing it to deny.
