Inpatient

Patient was seen in our office, and I have billed for that visit. Then I receive a hospital superbill that the patient also went to the hospital same day and admitted. Sinced I have already billed for the office visit, how would I bill for the hospital inpatient?

I would bill the appropiate E&M code with a 25 modifier and a different diagnosis.
