When there's an add code for 90834 + 90785, is there a modifier to be used for the second code?

Thank you. Since there's an add code to 90834 +90785, will I always need to add the add on code or just when the Dr indicates it? This is my first time to bill for this codes.

In the case you specified, there must be documentation of why interactive communication was needed

Yes. One Dr adds on the add on code but a diff Dr does not, so I don't unless indicated.
