Medicaid Guidelines for Vaccine CPT® Codes
What is the correct filing procedure when filing 90460 and 90461? If we are filing HPV 90649, TDAP 90715 and Infuenza, live, for intranasal use, 90660. Is this the correct filing? Would you show the 90649 and the 90460 for the first vaccine and then 90715 and 90460, along with, 90461 for the second vaccine? And then, 90660 for the third vaccine with 90460?

Not sure what state you are in, in Illinois we cannot bill administration codes to Caid, you only bill the vaccine code.

check your state guidelines for clarification. I am in Texas. Texas Medicaid will not pay on the new codes yet.
