billing injections with medicaid

We have OB patients that are high risk and are coming in for pregnancy eval with doctor and also getting injections , can I bill for the eval( 59426) and injx (96372). I know with private insurance I can apply 25 mod on eval and get paid but unsure with medicaid. Thanks!

If your provider intends to deliver, the billing would be global + delivery at the end of the pregnancy. 59425 and 59426 are partial antepartum care codes viable if the patient transfers care, or changes insurance mid-pregnancy. If your provider evaluates and documents a significant complaint not part of "normal" pregnancy, then you may be able to bill an E&M.
