Diagnosis Please

Does anyone know what the diagnosis would be for this:

Endometrial pedunculated malignant mesodermal mixed tumor (MMMT) (Carcinosarcoma), Homologous type.

I would appreciate any help.

It's clearly malignant

so use that code- malignant neoplasm endometrium. I see not value in trying to find a more specific code
