Public Health Nurse

We have an RN who is also a Public Health Nurse. She goes to other locations (example senior center) and does diabetes checks, flu shots etc.

How would her services be billed? There is not a provider accompaning her.

you can only bill for the supplies- flu shot, glucose test strip, capillary blood draw, etc
